Description
This course is for anyone who wishes to consolidate their knowledge of Classical Greek grammar to a standard for reading and understanding unadapted texts. In addition, this course would be useful for students who wish to complete grammar necessary for the A and AS level examinations in the UK.
Participants will continue to work through Greek Beyond GCSE by John Taylor (ISBN 978-1474299756), from chapter 2 onwards. This covers the perfect and pluperfect tenses, and omicron contract verbs.
Students should already be familiar with the grammar covered at GCSE level, as well as the subjunctive and optative moods, and conditional sentences.
More information about the A and AS level qualifications is available here.
Classes will meet weekly on Thursdays from 19:00-20:30 (GMT).
