Description

In the summer term, students will read Homer Iliad book 24 (the A level prescription), lines 460-595, and Aristophanes’ Frogs lines 1-208 and 830-874, in unadapted Greek.

Students should have access to the OCR Anthology for Classical Greek, AS and A level, 2024-2026, ISBN 978-1350156630.

Classes will meet weekly on Tuesdays at 18:00-19:00 (GMT+1). Dates for the term are Tuesday 29th April, 6th May, 13th May, 20th May, 27th May, 3rd June, 10th June, and 17th June 2025.

The class will proceed subject to a minimum number of enrolments.

Cancellation policy: students will receive a full refund if the student cancels their registration more than two weeks before the class begins. Students will receive 50% refund if the student cancels their registration 8-14 days before the class begins.
