Description
This class will meet on Saturdays from 15:30-16:30 (BST), continuing with Greek to GCSE book 2, by John Taylor. The class is conducted via Zoom and will require approximately 1-2 hours of independent study between each lesson.
You should already be familiar with all noun declensions and the active, passive and middle voice in the present, future, imperfect and aorist tenses.
In this 10 week term we will expect to cover the following: the genitive absolute construction, reflexive pronouns, and epsilon contract verbs.
Students will continue to learn about the Classical Greek world through translation of various passages adapted to their current level of grammar, as well as some unadapted texts.
Dates for the summer term: Saturday 18th April, (no class 25th April), 2nd May, 9th May, 16th May, mid-term break 23rd May, 30th May, 6th June, 13th June, 20th June, and 27th June 2026.

The class will proceed subject to a minimum number of enrolments.
Cancellation policy: students will receive a full refund if the student cancels their registration more than two weeks before the class begins. Students will receive 50% refund if the student cancels their registration 8-14 days before the class begins.
