Description
This class will meet on Saturdays from 15:30-16:30 (UK/Ireland time), continuing with Greek to GCSE book 2, by John Taylor. The class is conducted via Zoom and will require approximately 1-2 hours of independent study between each lesson.
You should already be familiar with all noun declensions, and the active, passive and middle voice in the present, future, imperfect and aorist tenses.
In this 12 week term we will expect to cover the following: epsilon contract verbs, deponent future tense, aorist imperatives and aorist and future infinitives, and impersonal verbs.
Students will continue to learn about the Classical Greek world through translation of various passages adapted to their current level of grammar, as well as some unadapted texts.
Dates for the autumn term: Saturday 13th September, 20th September, 27th September, 4th October, 11th October, 18th October, 25th October, (mid-term break 1st November), 8th November, 15th November, 22nd November, 29th November, and 6th December 2025.

The class will proceed subject to a minimum number of enrolments.
Cancellation policy: students will receive a full refund if the student cancels their registration more than two weeks before the class begins. Students will receive 50% refund if the student cancels their registration 8-14 days before the class begins.
