Description

This class will meet on Saturdays, 15:30-16:30 (BST), continuing with Greek to GCSE book 2 (ISBN 978-1474255202). The class is conducted via Zoom. The class will require approximately 1-2 hours of independent study between each lesson.

You should already be familiar with all three noun declensions; the active voice in the present, future, imperfect and aorist tenses; present, aorist and future participles, and personal pronouns.

In this 10 week term, we will expect to cover the passive voice, demonstrative adjectives and pronouns, relative pronouns and result clauses, and the middle voice. Throughout the course, students will continue to learn about the Classical Greek world through translation of various passages adapted to their current level of grammar.
