Description
This class will meet on Saturdays from 18th April 2025 from 14:30-15:30 (BST) using Latin to GCSE book 2. The class is conducted via Zoom and will require approximately 1-2 hours of independent study between each lesson.
You should already be familiar with: present, imperfect, future, perfect and pluperfect tense indicative verbs in the active and passive voice; participles; nouns and adjectives in all declensions; personal pronouns; relative clauses, and comparatives and superlative adjectives. conditional sentences, and the ablative absolute construction.
In this 10 week term, the class will continue with grammar at GCSE level. Throughout the course, students will continue to learn about the Roman world through translation of various passages adapted to their current level of grammar.
Dates for the summer term: Saturday 18th April, 25th April, 2nd May, 9th May, 16th May, mid-term break 23rd May, 30th May, 6th June, 13th June, 20th June, and 27th June 2026.

The class will proceed subject to a minimum number of enrolments.
Cancellation policy: students will receive a full refund if the student cancels their registration more than two weeks before the class begins. Students will receive 50% refund if the student cancels their registration 8-14 days before the class begins.
