This class will meet on Saturdays from 15:30-16:30 (BST), continuing with Greek to GCSE book 2, by John Taylor. The class is conducted via Zoom and will require approximately 1-2 hours of independent study between each lesson.

You should already be familiar with all noun declensions, the active, passive and middle voice in the present, future, imperfect and aorist tenses, epsilon contract verbs, and indirect statements.

In this 9 week term we will expect to cover the subjunctive and optative moods. Students will continue to learn about the Classical Greek world through translation of various passages adapted to their current level of grammar, as well as some unadapted texts.
