Description

This class is for those with a rudimentary knowledge of Classical Greek or who have completed the Beginners course.

Meeting on Saturdays, at 14:00-15:00 (UK/Ireland local time), this class continues with the basics of Classical Greek grammar using Greek to GCSE book 1. The class is conducted via Zoom and will require approximately 1-2 hours of independent study between each lesson. Students should have access to Greek to GCSE book 1 by John Taylor. 

In this 9 week term, the class will expect to cover the following grammar: third declension nouns; interrogative and indefinite pronouns and adjectives; personal pronouns and adjectives, and participles in the present, aorist and future tenses, personal pronouns. 

Dates for the spring term are 13th January, 20th January, 27th January, 3rd February, (mid-term break on 10th February), 17th February, 24th February, 2nd March, 9th March, 16th March 2024.
